Hacienda del Alamo Golf Facilities
The course is considered the longest layout in Spain. With it being 7.400 yards hosting 8 lakes and 84 bunkers, this course, designed by Dave Thomas, will provide a challenge for all golfers. A design masterpiece, conceived without limitation of boundaries using as much land as was necessary to create this stunning course, with the villas being added later to achieve wide open, long holes with plenty of breathing room.
The course, 18 holes par 72 takes about 4 hours to play with tee-offs every 10 minutes, and with this in mind you are invited to enjoy the course at
your own pace.

The Academy at Hacienda Del Alamo is probably the finest in Spain and one of the best in Europe. There is a two tier driving range, large bunker, pitching and chipping areas and two large practice putting greens.
A six hole academy course consisting of full length Par 3 and Par 4 holes, for use by all levels of golfer is also available. A great tool for sharpening up your skills, or as a stepping stone for beginners, before they go out onto the full course.
The stunning Golf Clubhouse at Hacienda del Alamo covers 2000 square meters and has been constructed to 5 star standards. The clubhouse opened in September 2007 and offers spacious and elegant changing rooms, restaurants, Spike bar, events and function rooms and a wonderful large terrace overlooking the course with a south west orientation. The perfect place to relax with a cold drink after a day's golf.

Glenn is an Accredited Putting Coach with SWASH PUTTING SCHOOLS – He is one of only a few across the world who is trained to a high standard to coach putting.
Glenn decided to specialise in the art of putting as he identified it as the part of the game where he could help everyone improve. Nearly 50 per cent of your game is putts! Improve that and your confidence grows and grows. Many professional and amateur golfers already agree.
You’ll leave knowing so much more, but not in a confusing way. Your session will be backed up with a full student case study, video and data for you to remember the parts that matter. There is also the availability of further backup – email and telephone support and of course video. In the case of professional golfers – full support means exactly that – Glenn will be there with you prior to your tournament to help you prepare for the event.
There is nothing better than to help others get to grips with this part of the game – we all remember our last shot of the day and how many times have we discussed it in the clubhouse? ‘Oh, what could have been?’ Well, it can be now, with a fantastic method, fundamentals and philosophies combining with an easy to understand way of coaching that are tailored for the student’s way of learning.
Glenn’s indoor studio in the golf region of Murcia, Spain, based at Hacienda del Alamo is equipped with everything required to improve your putting – a top class flooring, mirrors, video facility and the Sam Putt Lab that is a vital piece of kit for any golfer, and opens directly onto the driving range!
